How do I order?

Simply click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out.

Please note that adding the item to your cart does not reserve the item. As we carry limited quantities for each design, do ensure to complete your purchase as soon as you can.

Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?

No, you do not need to register an account to start purchasing with us. You can check out the shopping cart as a guest but this will not allow you to log in to check your current order or your order history.

I have a discount code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?

Simply key in the discount code at the field Discount and click “Apply” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding on to check out.

Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

Can I amend or cancel my Order after confirming it?

We are afraid that we do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it is placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

How do I check if my order is successful?

An “Order Confirmation” should be sent to your registered email address after you have made your purchase. If you do not receive this “Order Confirmation" email, please check the spam folder. Alternatively, you may log into your account and check [Order History].

How do I check the status of my order?

Log in to your account and you will be able to view your order history/fulfillment status.

What if I do not receive an “order confirmation”?

Possible reasons:
1) Your order is not successfully accepted.
2) Your mailbox is over in capacity.
3) You have used an incorrect e-mail address for registration.
4) The email for the order confirmation is in the spam/trash folder automatically.
If you want to confirm your registered e-mail address, please log into your account and check the registered email address.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Please drop us an email at hello@soulhaute.com if you have not received your parcel after 14 working days from your order and we will assist you accordingly.

Can I change the shipping address after my order is processed?

We cannot accept changes to the shipping address once we receive your order.

Can I order by email, phone or fax?

No, we only accept orders through our online website.

Can I request to wrap the items in several packages for one order?

We will pack purchased items per order so we cannot wrap items in several packages. However, for the case of high-volume order, it may be wrapped in several packages. We reserve the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer, and ship them together as one unit.
