Will an item be restocked / How do I purchase a backorder?

In general, items may not be re-stock as it would depend on various factors such as the availability of fabric and the demand for the item. We will try our best to reorder popular items once they are sold out. Kindly write to us at hello@soulhaute.com for items that you wish for us to reorder.

Do note that we will be holding onto your existing in-stock item while waiting for backorder item and to have them mailed out in a single parcel.

A backorder will generally arrive within 4-5 weeks’ time. However, on certain occasions, there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, fabric availability etc.). Such delays will be communicated to customers as soon as we can.

We will encourage you to join a backorder only if waiting is comfortable for you.

Do you provide International Shipping?

Yes, we do provide International Shipping. Kindly check under Shipping for more information.

Please proceed to add the item in your shopping cart and check out as per normal. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

What is the available method of payment?
  1. All major Credit Cards such as VISA and MasterCard are accepted via PayPal.

Please make payment via the Paypal link you will be directed to after confirming the order.

  1. Direct Bank Transfer for Singapore Customers only.

You may be able to make payment directly into our DBS savings account (120-4-001829) within 2 days. Email your bank account details, transaction reference number, date and time of transfer to sales@soulhaute.com. You will receive an order confirmation once the funds are cleared.

If you are doing a ATM transfer, please send us a snapshot of the receipt and email us with your order number at sales@soulhaute.com. Remember to keep your receipt for verification purposes.
*Item will only be reserved for 2 days, after which the order will be cancelled when there there is no payment through direct bank transfer or any email notification informing us of the payment transfer.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

As you use PayPal for the payment, we hold no responsibility for the safety of your credit card. However, rest assured that PayPal site is highly secure as they use industry-leading technology to keep your information safe.

What are the currencies accepted?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar. The respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency. Please contact your credit card company or PayPal to find out the exchange rate they are using.

Do you have a shop where I can collect my items/ can I self-collect my purchases?

We do not have any store and do not allow self-collection of items at this moment. All parcels will reach you by way of mailing.

 

Do you have a size guide?

The size guide is available on the individual product pages. Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

What are the things I need to take note of in caring for my purchases?

We will encourage hand washing to maintain the products in prime condition. If machine-wash, place item inside out or in a wash bag, use cool water and gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or softeners. Use only mild soap and some fabric softeners may block the wicking ability. Do not wrist, twist or leave soaking. Line dry in shade and do not tumble dry. No ironing is required at all.
